Refund and Cancellation Policy

Version: 2026-10-17 · Effective date: 2026-10-17

1. Which payments this policy covers

FLOWREN is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by C. Radhika, trading under the name FLOWREN.

There are two separate payment relationships:

Payments to FLOWREN: Fees paid by Businesses for FLOWREN software subscriptions and separately agreed setup services.

Payments to a Business: Fees paid by Customers to a studio, academy, teacher or other service provider for classes, workshops, memberships or other services.

Check the recipient shown in your payment record. Different cancellation and refund conditions apply to these two relationships.

2. Cancelling a FLOWREN subscription

You may stop renewing your FLOWREN subscription.

Use the available cancellation control or contact flowren.in@gmail.com if you need assistance.

Paid access ordinarily continues until the stated expiry date, subject to lawful restrictions for misuse, security reasons or breach of the agreement.

Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the remaining prepaid period.

Manual renewal requires another payment. If you have separately authorised a recurring payment arrangement, that arrangement must also be cancelled through the applicable provider procedure and confirmed.

3. Refunds for FLOWREN subscriptions

We generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds for prepaid access supplied as agreed merely because:

  • You did not use the service.
  • Your business closed or temporarily stopped operating.
  • You changed your mind or selected another platform.
  • You no longer require the remaining subscription period.

However, we will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy where:

  • FLOWREN received a duplicate payment for the same purchase.
  • An incorrect amount was charged.
  • A payment was unauthorised.
  • Paid access was not supplied as agreed.
  • A material service failure requires a refund or another remedy.
  • Applicable law requires a refund or other relief.

These exceptions are not removed by a general statement that subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Setup fees

Any setup charge must be disclosed before payment, together with the agreed work and completion stages.

If setup is cancelled before work begins, the unused setup payment will ordinarily be refundable, subject to any separately disclosed, lawful and genuinely incurred non-recoverable cost.

If work has started, we will explain the work completed and any reasonable deduction supported by the accepted quote and applicable law. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

If FLOWREN cannot supply the agreed setup, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund for the part not supplied.

A fee is not automatically non-refundable simply because it is described as a setup fee.

5. Duplicate and uncertain FLOWREN payments

If you believe you paid twice, contact us with the payment references, dates and amounts.

Where we verify that FLOWREN received two payments for one purchase, the duplicate amount will be refunded. It will be converted into account credit only if you agree.

A failed payment message does not necessarily establish whether money was debited or received.

If FLOWREN received payment but access or an invoice is missing, we will reconcile the transaction and correct the issue or provide the appropriate remedy.

Please contact support before repeating an uncertain payment.

6. Payments for classes, workshops and other Business services

In the direct-UPI workflow, the Business receives the payment and provides the underlying service.

Its cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund conditions must be available before you commit to the booking.

Contact that Business first about its service or money paid directly to it. FLOWREN can help investigate platform records and route complaints. FLOWREN remains responsible for its own platform obligations.

A Business’s policy cannot remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Customer cancellations and non-attendance

Refund eligibility for a Customer cancellation or non-attendance follows the Business’s disclosed lawful policy.

Depending on that policy, a cancellation may qualify for a refund, rescheduling, credit or no change-of-mind refund.

A restriction introduced only after payment does not automatically become part of the original booking.

The absence of a cancellation button does not prevent a Customer from contacting the Business to request cancellation or a remedy.

8. Business cancellations and rescheduling

If the Business cancels a session, it must inform affected Customers and arrange the appropriate remedy under the accepted terms and applicable law.

Where a material rescheduling prevents a Customer from attending, the Business must assess the appropriate remedy. A replacement date or credit must not be treated as acceptable in every case without considering the Customer’s rights.

Cancelling a session in FLOWREN does not itself return money through a bank or UPI app.

9. Paid but rejected, expired or unsuccessful bookings

Rejecting payment proof does not reverse a payment.

If a genuine payment was received but the booking is rejected, the Business must reconcile the transaction and resolve the booking or arrange the appropriate refund.

If payment was made after a reservation expired, when capacity was unavailable or without a successful booking, a seat is not automatically confirmed.

Contact the receiving Business and FLOWREN support. Where the recipient cannot provide the agreed service and is not entitled to retain the payment, it must arrange the appropriate refund or remedy.

A Customer should not be required to pay again merely to correct an uncertain platform status.

10. Group bookings, passes and memberships

Group-booking changes must identify:

  • Whether the change concerns the whole booking or particular participants.
  • The applicable cancellation conditions.
  • How any refund or adjustment is calculated.

Passes and memberships follow the validity, credit and cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase, subject to applicable law.

Restoring a class credit is different from returning money. A credit adjustment must not be described as a cash refund.

11. How to request a FLOWREN refund

Email flowren.in@gmail.com with:

  • Your Business or account reference.
  • The payment date and amount.
  • The transaction or payment reference.
  • A short explanation of the problem.

Provide only relevant evidence. Hide unrelated transactions and never send a UPI PIN, OTP, bank password or full card credentials.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, or sooner where applicable law requires.

12. Approved refund processing

Once a FLOWREN refund is approved, we will initiate it within five business days, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays.

Refunds will normally use the original payment route. Where that is unavailable, we will arrange a documented, lawful alternative with the payer.

Initiation is different from the money appearing in your account. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. We will share the refund reference and available expected timing.

These FLOWREN processing commitments do not automatically apply to refunds owed by a separate Business. That Business must disclose and follow its own lawful refund procedure.

13. Complaints and escalation

Grievance contact: R. Rathina Aravind Email: flowren.in@gmail.com Phone: +91 9500988495 Service address: New No. 252, Old No. 418-420, Ellaithottam Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Formal financial or contractual decisions will be escalated to FLOWREN’s responsible legal operator where required.

Nothing in this policy prevents you from using an applicable consumer complaint process, payment dispute mechanism or other legal remedy.
