For businesses with a regular class schedule

Give recurring classes a clearer booking routine.

FLOWREN Booking helps dance, art, fitness and other class businesses present their sessions and review customer bookings. A regular timetable needs clear dates and availability, along with a reliable way to distinguish submitted payment proofs from confirmed bookings.

Weekly classes need session-level clarity

A recurring class is more than a poster with a day and time. Customers need to know which session they are choosing, where it takes place and what they are paying for. FLOWREN supports weekly recurring sessions so a business can organise its regular timetable and manage bookings against the relevant session capacity.

How the customer booking journey works

The customer opens your business booking page, chooses the relevant session and enters their details without creating an account. They follow the payment instructions shown on the page and upload proof. The business reviews the payment and decides whether to approve or reject the booking. A private status link lets the customer check the result.

Keep the class schedule and capacity understandable

Set the timing and location for your sessions, and review the capacity before sharing the link. A business with multiple classes should make each session’s purpose and schedule clear. If an upcoming session changes, check the customer-facing information and affected bookings instead of assuming that a new social-media announcement reaches everyone who has already registered.

Recurring sessions do not mean automatic recurring charges

A weekly schedule describes when a class happens. It does not, by itself, authorise an automatic debit from a customer. In FLOWREN’s direct-UPI booking flow, the customer follows the displayed payment instructions and submits proof for review. Passes, group bookings and other booking options depend on what is enabled for the particular business; confirm the agreed setup before advertising them.

Separate customer access from owner access

Customers use the public booking page and their private booking-status link. Business owners use their protected Booking workspace to manage sessions and review submissions. Existing owners can select Log in on the FLOWREN homepage, enter their booking page name or link, and open their workspace’s existing sign-in form. A public booking link does not grant owner access.

Prepare a repeatable class-booking routine

Before the next cycle of classes, review dates, venues, fees and capacity. During registration, check payment records and approve valid bookings. Tell customers how to find their status and how to contact the organising business if plans change. Keep cancellation and refund information clear. This creates a routine that customers can follow and a set of records the owner can review.

Get the right configuration before you commit

FLOWREN uses assisted onboarding to understand your timetable, locations and setup needs. We confirm the relevant configuration and commercial quote before payment and activation. If you need a feature beyond the workflow described here, discuss it during setup rather than assuming every business has the same options. The organising business supplies the class and handles its class-specific service commitments.
