A booking page for your next workshop.
FLOWREN Booking helps workshop organisers bring class details, session selection and payment-proof submissions into one customer journey. Share the booking link from Instagram, WhatsApp or your website, then review the registrations in your business workspace.
Request setup & a quote ↗What is a workshop booking page?
A workshop booking page is a place where interested people can see the class information and take the next registration step. It connects the announcement you share with the session a customer wants to attend. On FLOWREN, the customer can choose a session, provide their booking details, follow the displayed UPI instructions and upload payment proof. They do not need to create a FLOWREN account.
Make the important details easy to find
Before promoting a workshop, prepare its name, date, timing, fee, location and capacity. Tell participants what the class covers and which session they should choose. A clear link in your Instagram bio or workshop announcement gives people somewhere to check these details without asking the same questions in separate conversations.
How workshop registrations move through FLOWREN
First, the organiser configures the workshop and its session. Next, the customer opens the public booking page and selects the available session. The customer enters their details, pays the displayed business payee using the instructions on the page, and submits a screenshot. The organiser checks the actual payment and approves or rejects the booking. The customer can check the outcome through a private booking-status link.
Payment received and booking confirmed are separate checks
In the direct-UPI workflow, class payments go to the organising business’s displayed payee. FLOWREN supplies the booking software. A screenshot is evidence submitted for review; it does not independently establish that money arrived. Confirm the transaction in your payment records before approving a place. Customers should check their booking status rather than treating a screenshot upload as an automatic confirmation.
When a booking page can help
A shared registration page is useful when you run workshops repeatedly and find yourself matching messages, participant details and screenshots by hand. Dance teachers, art instructors and other class organisers can use the same business page for their sessions. For a very small event, a simple manual process may be sufficient; the useful question is whether your current process keeps registrations, payments and availability clear as enquiries grow.
What to check before you share the link
Review the class date, fee, venue, session capacity and payee details. Open the page on your phone and check the customer instructions. Explain your class cancellation and refund terms before payment. After registrations open, review submitted proofs and booking outcomes regularly. Software organises the workflow; the organiser still delivers the workshop and verifies the payment.
Setup and pricing
FLOWREN currently offers assisted Booking setup. We review your business page, schedule and payment instructions with you, then confirm a quote before payment and activation. The quote should state the fee, billing period, included service, any setup charges and applicable taxes. There is no universal price shown on this page because commercial terms depend on the agreed setup.
