Clear answers before a conversation.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. Customers can use the public booking journey without creating a FLOWREN account.
Does uploading a screenshot confirm a booking?
No. A screenshot is submitted for review. The organiser checks the payment and decides whether to approve or reject the booking.
Where does the class payment go?
In the direct-UPI workflow, the customer pays the business payee shown on the booking page. The organising business supplies the class and handles its applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Can I run weekly classes as well as workshops?
FLOWREN Booking supports weekly recurring classes and individual sessions. We’ll confirm the right configuration for your schedule during setup.
What happens after I ask for a quote?
We review your business and schedule, discuss the setup, and confirm commercial terms before payment and activation. This is assisted onboarding.
